The consensus group for this workshop was composed of distinguished academics from over 70 health care facilities including The University of Utah School of Medicine, Northwestern Health Sciences Center, Baylor College of Medicine, University of Wisconsin–Madison, UCLA, Harvard University School of Public Health and the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Results from the five nationally recognized meta‐analyses of all Dairy Group works taken together in 2016 included 83 studies, 31 publications, 64 books, 44 non‐standardised mortality totals and 4 methods of mortality accounting for BMI, other adverse consequences of dairy products, and changes in health of 721 subjects. Among the 826 non‐public sector dairy farmers participating in this workshop the key finding was that: “no major differences among various groups (besides BMI) were noticed between dairy farmers and non‐fed men … Many observed problems increasing when they adjusted for age.
